Coordinator of Employee Relations

Town of Cheektowaga seeking Coordinator of Employee Relations to act as head of a municipal Labor Relations/Personnel Department.  Must have a strong background and understanding in personnel administration, labor law, and bargaining unit negotiations. The position coordinates all the personnel functions of the municipality, including labor negotiations in collective bargaining with employee unions and implementation of all employment related laws, regulations, training, and worker’s compensation case management. Strong management skills are imperative. Salary will be commensurate with education, experience and abilities.
