American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Homes For Sale
The Buffalo Erie Niagara Land Improvement Corporation (BENLIC), the Land Bank serving our region, wishes to share an exciting opportunity for affordable homeownership.
The first homes built by the ARPA Infill Initiative are now complete and listed for sale. Any community members who may have interest in buying a home and are within the income eligibility limits, are eligible to own one of these homes. Since new built construction is so rarely offered at an affordable price, we want to get this news out to as many people who are within the income eligibility guidelines as possible.
Our next round of open houses is scheduled for Saturday, December 6 from 11am to 2pm. The following houses will be open to the public to view:
- 18 Calumet, Buffalo
- 257 Chapel, Cheektowaga
- 44 Long, Cheektowaga
- 305 Hyland, Cheektowaga
Belmont Housing Resources of WNY is accepting and reviewing all applications. If you are interested, please submit an application to be entered into the lottery to purchase one of these homes on Belmont’s online application portal.
