Traffic Safety Commission Vacancy
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a current or retired police officer; or current or former Department of Transportation (DOT) employment; or current or former highway department employment; or current or former employment/experience in similar traffic, transportation; or engineering field. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month (no meeting in August) at 7:00 p.m. in Cheektowaga Town Hall.
Any person(s) interested in becoming a member of the Traffic Safety Commission can submit a letter and resume to jkrzemien@tocny.org. The position is voluntary and no compensation is provided. Term for current vacancy is set to expire December 31, 2026.
