As One of the largest towns in New York State, Cheektowaga is centrally located in Western New York. We are a first-ring suburb of the City of Buffalo, with a population of about 89,877 residents, as determined by the 2020 US Census. The Village of Sloan and a portion of the Village of Depew are located within our borders.
