Weddings

Town Justices are available to perform wedding ceremonies everyday except Wednesday’s and weekends. All Weddings are performed at 3:00PM. An appointment must be made in advance. 

Requirements:

  • A Marriage License must be obtained within at least 24 hours of ceremony.
  • A Marriage is between two people over the age of 18. 
  • Must have a witness whom is over the age of 18. 

There is no charge for a wedding. However, a gratuity not to exceed $100.00 can be accepted.
**A Marriage License will expire 60 days from the date of issue if a marriage does not occur.
