Now accepting on-line credit and debit card payment processing for: Parking Tickets, Vehicle & Traffic Matters and some Misdemeanor Charges.

Payments may be made online at: www.paycourtonline.comPlease refer to www.paycourtonline.com for more information, or by calling 1-888-912-1541. (a convenience fee will apply)  MasterCard and Visa only.   

A 24 hour drop box is located in the front of the Cheektowaga Justice Court located at 3223 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227.

All parking violations, except for handicap violations, are $25.00 (After 15 calendar days fines will double to $50.00, [Day of ticket is Day 1]).   Handicap violations – $105.00 (After 15 days – $180.00)

Failure to enter a plea or payment within 15 calendar days can result in the denial of vehicle registration renewal.

Post-marked date on envelope will determine the payment date for fines which are mailed.
