Notice of Cayuga Rd Restrictions – October 20, 2025 thru October 24, 2025

CERTIFICATE AND NOTICE OF RESTRICTION
STATE OF NEW YORK:
COUNTY OF ERIE: } SS

This is to certify that the Commissioner Highways has jurisdiction of the highways of the County of Erie and does hereby restrict that portion of the highway in the Town of Cheektowaga, said County, known as Erie, and described as follows:

Restriction:

The portion of Cayuga Rd (CR-245) between Maryvale Dr (CR-194) and Cleveland Dr (CR-141) will have a single lane road restriction. This restriction will begin on October 20 at 7 a.m. and has an anticipated completion date ofOctober 24 at 3 p.m.,
or until complete. This restriction will be in place for the duration of the construction. The purpose of this restriction is for utility work. Union Concrete and Construction Corp. will be performing the work.

A restriction is executed under Article V, Section 104A of the Highway Law in order to permit a
proper completion of work of improvement thereon.
