Use this form to make a change to a current existing parcel. If you wish to split a parcel a deed must be filed with Erie County Clerk. Splits can not be performed at the local level.

Provide the SBL’s and addresses (if available) separated by a * that you would like merged.

Merge Criteria

Owner(s) of all parcels is identical

Taxes on all parcels are current

Parcels are adjacent

Parcels are in the same Municipalities

Parcels are in the same School District
