Use this form to make a change to a current existing parcel. If you wish to split a parcel a deed must be filed with Erie County Clerk. Splits can not be performed at the local level.

The Assessor, Town Planner, or Town Engineer reserves the right to deny any request for combination at their discretion. If the request is denied, you will receive a notice of denial to the mailing address listed above.

Combinations requested in the current year will appear on the following assessment roll year filed on July 1.

Merge Criteria

Owner(s) of all parcels is identical

There are no delinquent taxes

Parcels are adjacent

Parcels are in the same Municipalities

Parcels are in the same School District

Combination does not conflict with local, state or county zoning ordinances

The above criteria must be met in order to merge the parcels. Please check each box to confirm you meet the requirements for parcel merger.

Parcel List

List each SBL separately that you would like to combine. SBL’s or tax map #’s can be found on your tax bill.

Indicate the current property class of the property and what you believe the property class should be changed to.
