PARK SHELTER PERMIT INFORMATION

OPENING WEEK – WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9 … Permits will be issued at the Town Park Recreation Center(Ice Rink)- 2600 Harlem Road from 6:00am-12pm. Doors will open and numbers will be given out PROMPTLY at 5:30am.

THURSDAY, APRIL 10 & FRIDAY, APRIL 11…Permits will be issued at the Facilities Office-500 Losson Road from 8:00am -1:30pm.

Thereafter, shelter permits will be issued every Wednesday & Friday from 8:00am-1:30pm at the Facilities Office, 500 Losson Road. OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FRIDAY, APRIL 18th and FRIDAY, JULY 4th.

PLEASE NOTE: Some dates/shelters may be unavailable due to Town events.

Shelter permits must be obtained in person. Proof of Cheektowaga residency is required. Must be 21 to rent.

Shelter Fees:
Cheektowaga Town Park(except the Lions Pavilion) – $50 All Shelters (Electricity Included)
Stiglmeier (Losson) Park – $50 #’s 1-6(Electricity); $40 #’s 7-14(No Electricity)
Occupancy is 50 people per shelter.  Maximum 2 shelters per person.

The Parks & Facilities Department retains full authority for final approval and denial of shelter reservation requests.
