Cheektowaga Delays Parking Ban

Cheektowaga, NY – Supervisor Brian Nowak announced that the overnight parking ban has been delayed in the Town of Cheektowaga through November 15, 2025. Working with the Highway Superintendent and the Chief of Police, it was determined that the Police Department will not enforce the parking ban until the snow season starts. Warnings may be issued to warn people of the regulations, but no parking tickets will be issued until the snow starts falling with considerable accumulations. Please look for future press releases from the Town.
