Zoning Board of Appeal Members

A Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) primarily hears and decides on appeals from administrative zoning decisions, interprets zoning laws, and grants variances (exceptions to zoning rules). It acts as a quasi-judicial body to review decisions of zoning officials and can authorize special exceptions or conditional uses, ensuring zoning laws are applied fairly and prevent undue hardship for property owners.
